Scott BELIEVES that real estate is more than a transaction. He believes that real estate is challenging enough where an advisor or advocate is needed. Countless clients have asked the questions and he has answered the call. He listens and engineers a calculated responses to meet his client’s expectations.
Scott’s 10 years in the United States Air Force gives him a great foundation for anticipating opportunities and understanding the solutions needed to help his clients through simple moments or complex situations. After leaving the U.S. Air Force he worked for the next 7 years within the HealthCare community. He worked with physicians and staff to provide corporate clients worker’s compensation preventive health injury plans and corporate drug testing programs. As the Occupational Health Services Director, he also managed healthcare staff to successfully deliver those services requested and contracted.
Scott was raised within a real estate family as his father has been a Broker/Realtor since the early 1970s. He joined his father’s real estate practice in 1998 and continues in his father’s spirit and footsteps.
Since 1998, Scott has brought to the table an uncanny array of experience for his clients and customers that includes, but not limited to, relocation services from and to a variety of areas, licensed general contracting and construction, land sales and development, individual sales and service for residential and commercial properties. He has become intimately familiar and proficient with the distressed sale process (e.g. Foreclosed Properties, Short sales, etc.). Scott has been instrumental in assisting clients with understanding local zoning regulations, unified development and improvement ordinances and actively participates within a local County’s Board of Adjustment.
He is not motivated by a single listing or sale nor is he "single transaction" brokers. However, he is relationship broker that expects to exceed expectations if offered the chance. By giving his very best and beyond in the sale or purchase of your home or property, it is his desire for you to share information about him and us with your family and friends. To Scott that is what it is all about, earning your trust and building relationships. He strives to earn our client’s and customer’s trust by placing their interests above everything. He attributes the success he has had to his desire to do more than is expected, by anticipating details or activities that could prove to be beneficial (or detrimental), and most importantly, being uncommon in a common industry.
Scott BELIEVES he is far from being a "typical" Broker/Realtor! His genuine motivation is to build lasting relationships and to make a difference in the lives of individuals and their families. Not a day goes by that he doesn't ask himself, "How does he continue to grow his practice without sacrificing customer LOYALTY?" Whether by "stepping it up a notch" or "thinking outside of the box" he is committed to enhancing his ability to serve his/our clients while at the same time growing his real estate practice. He remains devoted and committed to this ambition.
